American Land Grab - The Process

People wonder if they will ever be in a position to be a piece of property they will be able to call their own. Then as we get older we often wonder about a vacation piece of property or a second piece of property that we can either rent or call our vacation place. American Land Grab is a company that purchases and sells pieces of property. I get the question how one would go about doing something like this…not running the company but doing the research and finding the land.

Often times you will be riding down the street and you will see foreclosures signs or you will see the properties listed in the paper. Sometimes you even see auction signs. I guess this would be a time if you had the money to invest to go for it since you would be paying less money for a piece of property that is valued higher than what is owed.

Today just owning a piece of property puts you ahead of most people and if it is paid in full you are definitely doing something right and need to duplicate that step. Working with a company that does this for its specialty has some advantages, to include; American Land Grab has been able to fine tune the steps and process for you and have learned from any previous mishaps in the past on prior deals.

At least you know most of the hard work is done and the land is free and clear, the land is already owned by American Land Grab so the sales go through much quicker. There is also financing available for you. Of course like any other place there are rules and guidelines that apply and that would be expected otherwise wouldn’t you question their creditability.

Initially, you would go to the website www.AmericanLandGrab.com and select the location map to see what state is shaded. Then if interested you would select the state to see the pictures and prices listed to see if any were interesting to you. If so, you would read the details and decide if it was meant for you or did you want to wait for another day. This is where the decision comes in, do you want a vacation place or do you want to become a landlord and have rental property.

Investing In Property

Investing In Property

Whenever someone talks about investing in property and real estate it makes me wonder where they will start. Sometimes I envision them heading for the internet and searching for land in the state they are interested in purchasing the property so they can get a starting price of what the real estate is running for, at this time.

Then I assume they would start to narrow the process down by seeing what is available in the government foreclosures section since it is known fact that there is property available and the bank is not making money by the land sitting there vacant being unused.

Another avenue is searching for real estate that has a tax deed because they have a clear title. These were things I learned from American Land Grab because before I would not have known some of the terms mentioned above. The research and leg work has been done and you can appreciate the customer service availability. Even on a Saturday with previous scheduling you will be able to talk to someone.

If you are able to search their website you are able to cut down on some of your own foot work and see what is available in the various states with the picture to go with the piece of property. The community description is available along with the demographics of the surrounding land. This saves you from having to ride out there initially to see what it looks like before you decide whether or not you have an interest to further investigate the real estate.

Through the week customer service is available for you Monday through Friday from 9-5. Everyone can use some type of help even if it is from a company, website, friends or co-workers on real estate that they have seen especially if they know you are interested in buying land. The goal is to find something you are happy with and something that will give back when it is time to move it along to the next person. No one wants to purchase property and lose money or sink a lot of cash into a place on repairs. This is where all the research helps.
